Customers have the option to pay before receiving a Remote Support Session. If no payment has been received before a Remote Support Session, the customer will receive an Invoice, via eMail, immediately after a completed Session. Invoices must be paid within 7 working days from the Invoice date.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
